Satta Faridabad is one of the biggest cities of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is located in the region of Sawai Madhopur taluka, in the state’s eastern region. The city is approximately ten kilometres by road from the Chandrapur airport and about twenty-five kilometres by road from the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. The railway station of the city is also located nearby.

Sattaking Faridabad has a population of around 5.5 million and is the second largest town in the district of Bardhaman. The city is well known for the large number of textile mills located here. This is why there are a number of textile mills located within the boundaries of Satta. Some of the mills located within the town are Udayin Fabrication Unit, Sawai Manali Plantation, Kanjeevaram Textile factory, Jhilam Group, etc. These textile mills manufacture textiles that are used for different purposes such as embroidery, garments, wallpaper, etc.

Some of the largest railway stations of the region are located within the borders of Satta Faridabad. These stations are located at Bhatye Beach, Bekal Railway Station, Kanjurmarg Railway Station, Ghatiyur Railway Station, and Bachan Railway Station. These stations are easily accessible by most of the tourists from various parts of the country. Thus, Satta Faridabad is one of the most visited cities in Kerala with a large number of tourists, both domestic and international, visiting here every year.
